Mining: 

Our company own 4 mines by ourselves (two of which we have mining concessions and are in production, and the other two are in the process of transferring the exploration license to conces-sion), and the monthly output of fluorite raw ore is more than 30,000 tons.

Fluorite flotation plant: 

We use flotation process as our main technology in our extraction plant. Flota-tion process is suitable for refractory fluorite with complex mineral properties such as the ore mineral content with high mud, impurity and fluorite symbiosis, and useful mineral with disseminated fine grain size, etc. Similar to other sim-ilar mineral flotation equipment, the fluorite flotation devices include ball mill crusher, scrubbing machine, classifier, ball mill, flotation machine, flo-tation column and so on. Our monthly output from flotation process is around 6000-9000 tons.

Fluorite gravity concentration plant: 

Our company has designed and installed a gravity concentration plant with capacity of 8000MT/Month, which can produce 5000-6000MT/Month of fluorite lumps.

Drier system: 

Fluorite powder dryer is a kind of device for drying fluorite powder. Fluorite powder in shaft sleeve is dried in retrace and uplift process between the inner and outer cylinder by spiral blade and inter-costal spiral lifting board. Massive fluorite powder is quickly broken up into a negative pressure dry-ing machine with following areas: feed area, clean area, slant lifting board area and discharge area. After fluorite powder pass through those areas, the whole drying process is completed. Our com-pany has many years experience for drier. Comparing with average,our technology could save more than 30% unit consumption for power . And now our drier capacity is approximate 5000MT/Month.

Briquettes product line: 

Fluorite briquettes line adopted by our company has obvious advantages such as high ball-forming rate, low power consumption, compact structure, easy mainte-nance and commissioning, etc. Fluorite briquette is mainly to replace fluorspar lumps and applied in metallurgical industry like iron smelting, steelmaking and ferroalloy. We produce various specifications according to customer requirements. The monthly production capacity is around 2000MT/Month.
